Are my files private?

Yes. Everything happens on your device. Your documents are never uploaded to us or any server, and the app works fully offline.

How do I convert a PDF to Word?

Open PDF to Word and pick your PDF. The app creates an editable rich-text (.rtf) file that opens in Microsoft Word, Apple Pages, and Google Docs. Because everything runs on-device, complex layouts are simplified to editable text.

How do I remove the ads?

Subscribe to Every PDF Pro from the banner on the Home screen or in Settings. Pro removes all ads.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Every PDF, and cancel or change your plan there.

I paid on another device — how do I restore Pro?

Open Settings → Every PDF Pro → Restore Purchases inside the app while signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.

How do backups and iCloud sync work?

Turn on iCloud Sync in Settings to keep your recent files and favorites across your devices via your private iCloud account. You can also tap Back Up Now to save a single backup file you can store anywhere and restore later — even on a new phone.

OCR didn't find any text

OCR works best on clear, well-lit documents. Try re-scanning with more light, or use a higher-resolution photo. Handwriting recognition is limited.
